ENERGY ADVICE FROM A READER (Noon):  Dan, There’s a risk of a power outage because of the demands of everyone’s air conditioners. Please post a note on your blog asking people to set their AC no cooler than 78 (you can supplement that with a small fan if you must). 78 degrees may be a tad warmer than we’d like indoors, but it’s much better than having the power go out city-wide.
