  • Tomorrow - December 14. 8 AM - Noon. Abbott v. Burke: A Conversation with Former Governors.   • Tomorrow - December 14. 7 PM. Sleepy Hollow Realtors Holiday Party & Toy Drive. Join Joe Burris, John Nash and the SHR crew at Cafe Vivace for some holiday fun and help brighten the holidays for area children. Gift of an unwrapped toy for a boy or girl will benefit the holiday outreach of the Plainfield Area Red Cross. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres, cash bar.   • Saturday - December 15. 11 AM. Rally in Support of 'The Plainfield Four'. Members of the Peoples' Organization for Progress were arrested for unlawful assembly on November 17 at Front and Park protesting alleged police brutality. The group regularly protests the Iraq War and military recruitment in front of the Armed Services Recruitment Center. Original press reportage here. Rally is at Front and Park.
