  • Today - March 6. 7 PM. 'Chat With Charles' | 8 PM. Concert. Plainfield Symphony: Russian Nights - Prokofiev and Shostakovich. Winners of the Young Pianists of NJ competition are featured: Senior Doris Lee of Warren will play Shostakovich Piano Concerto No. 2 (3rd movement) and 8th-grader Sean Lee, of Darien, CT, will perform Prokofiev's Piano Concert No. 1. The evening concludes with Shostakovich's Symphony No. 5. Music Director Charles Prince will give a talk on the evening's program at 7:00 PM in the Chapel, free with your concert ticket.
