Editorial, Courier:  "Where the Primary is 'the' election" -- Plainfield and Edison; though the shameful canard is trotted out yet once again.

20th District --
Trenton:  "Group seeks Mack's recall" -- Has done nothing but step in cowpies since elected.

Highways:  "NJDOT looking to privatize highway maintenance"
Public Workers:  "Public workers continue to retire at record rate"
School Vouchers:  "Voucher bill proves opposites can attract" -- Christie + Norcross, perfect together?
Legislature:  "Veteran-owned business bills advance"

RECENT POSTS: Bernice notes Shakespeare Garden event is this weekend.  Olddoc has some sound analysis and sound advice for tomorrow's Primary. Maria reflects on the last-minute campaign tactics, and the District's newfoudn enthusiasm for promoting student productions. Councilor Mapp responds, with facts, to the anonymous flyer smearing him that was distributed Sunday, urging all to remain clearheaded and vote 'Column C'. . Councilor Storch finds Rucker and Green to be partners in nasty, dishonest campaigning. Councilor Williams notes Storch and Dameron have remained poised and dignified in the face of mean-spirited opponents. 'Dee' Dameron's campaign blog, Speaking My Mind, questions Jerry's desperation, reminds him she 'is a lady'. Tony Rucker, at Queen City Progressive, posts two more of the five points promised. Nat's Dumbed Down America, suggests Plainfielders channel the 'mad as hell' segment from 'Network'.
