PLAINFIELD

Library's Art Sale: "Painting fails to sell, Sotheby's looks for private buyer"
JFK: "Six hospitals share state's emergency aid" -- $22M to Jersey City MC? JFK asked for $25M, guess what they got. The charade continues.

Education: "For little brokers, a big challenge" -- Teaching financial literacy through The Stock Market Game.
Mortgages: "Treasury weighs driving mortgage rates to 4.5%" -- Having sold homes when rates were three times that, I wonder if they're missing something here -- like the 'value' question. Meanwhile, folks are refinancing like crazy (see here).
Real Estate: "Icahn sues to block deal by owner of Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and ERA"
