- TRAFFIC PATTERN CHANGES: Central Avenue (northbound/southbound) now OPEN again; Madison Avenue (southbound) now CLOSED. Liberty Street (northbound) remains open and New Street (southbound) remains closed. Work on NJT overpasses is scheduled for completion this Fall.
