Bernice: Mayor faces Christie and Mapp.. Olddoc: 'I told you so, moron'.. Maria hopes Sharon & Jerry give us less to worry about..

PLAINFIELD TODAY:
Election Results --
Mayoral Race: "Robinson-Briggs re-elected" -- Courier | Ledger |
Halloween Shooting: "Plainfield teen charged in shooting that injured boys"
Library Exhibit: "Plainfield library opens annual photo exhibit Saturday"

Plainfield observers (click on name to go to post): Bernice covers the election, noting Robinson-Briggs will face Christie on one hand and Mapp on the other. Olddoc reminds a snotty commenter that he predicted a Robinson-Briggs win. Maria hopes Sharon and Jerry gives us less to worry about, and less for bloggers to write about. GOP Mayoral candidate Pivnichny congratulates Robinson-Briggs on her re-election. He is what a former boss of mine would call 'a real mensch'. (Incumbent Robinson-Briggs' has managed to get re-elected with a website that has been 'under construction' since May. Way to go!)

Also, three personal blogs by Plainfielders, each with a point of view: Rebecca Williams' Confessions of a Bathrobe Blogger, Renata Hernandez' PEPTalk: Revisited, and Jackie's The (TV) Show Must Go On.
