New and vivid oil paintings and charcoal drawings by Plainfield artist Indira Bailey, recipient of a Fulbright-Hayes Fellowship to record her impressions of people and places in South Africa. At the Plainfield Public Library, 8th Street and Park Avenue. Refreshments. FREE. (Snow date: February 16, 1 - 3 PM.)
