PLAINFIELD

PLAINFIELD TODAY:
Be sure to check out fellow Plainfield bloggers below --

Housekeeping note: I have added links to the blogs of City Council candidates Annie McWilliams and Adrian Mapp. Bernice notes OFAC scrutiny of the Wayne Schools, whose former BA, Gary Ottman, returned to the Plainfield district in January. Maria wonders if scheduling an events calendar for a school is a cha-cha-cha. Olddoc notes another town's history of race relations. PPS News points to the Courier story on celebrating long-serving employees. What that, an ad? Hmmm. Plainfield Sports News sends word from Seidler Field...close, but no cigar.

Schools: "District honors long-time teachers, administrators"

Abbott Districts: "State suit puts Abbott schools in the balance"
Author: "Plainfield Library's assistant director authors NJ baseball book" -- That would be Bob Golon. Congrats!
Civics Education: "A solid education in civics is essential to democracy"
