Candidate statements will appear in an LWV ad in the Courier in advance of the forum. Plainfield's LWV chapter, formed in 1920, is one of the oldest in the nation. - Friday - Sunday - April 17-19. Scrapbooking Weekend Getaway at The Pillars. Plainfield's B&B innkeepers Lamont Blowe and Nancy Fiske host a weekend for scrapbookers, including meals, constant snacks, endless pots of coffee and plenty of workspace.
