- Today - August 29. 11 AM - 5 PM. Downtown Summer Sidewalk Sale. Old-fashioned event where merchants put special merchandise out for sidewalk shopping. Downtown shopping district: East and West Front Street, Park and Watchung Avenues.
- Today - August 29. 7:30 AM - 5 PM. Flea Market. First Annual Flea Market to benefit student services and activities of the Plainfield Public School community. Vendors: Tables are $20 I1 vehicle) or $35 (2 vehicles), tables NOT included. Gates open for vendors at 6 AM. Fees paid at the gate; first come, first availability.
