Council Adrian Mapp invites 3rd Ward residents (and anyone interested) to a town hall meeting on the proposed tax abatements for the Monarch condos. At duCret School of Art, 1030 Central Avenue. Parking and entrance to Hall off parking lot at rear of complex. All are welcome.
