  • Today - Tomorrow - October 16 and 17. 10 AM - 5PM Saturday, Noon 5 PM Sunday. Four Centuries in a Weekend.  Plainfield's Drake House Museum and 24 other sites across Union County will be open to the public for extended hours as part of the County's annual celebration of community-based historic houses and museums. The Drake House currently is showing an exhibition on the history of Plainfield's fire division and has fre-related historic information in each of the museum's period rooms. See more here.   • Today - October 16. Noon - 3 PM. Community Leaders Awards Luncheon. The United Plainfield CDC will honor Rev. LaVerne Ball, Garri Daniels, Christian Estevez, Donald Van Blake, Betty Willey and Daphne Willard.
