- Today - January 9. Noon. Union County Reorganization. Plainfield's own Linda Carter will join other freeholders and county officials to be officially sworn in to their respective offices. In the courtroom of Superior Court Judge Karen Cassidy, at the Union County Courthouse, 2 Broad Street, Elizabeth. After-party at L'Affaire will be the cat's meow.
