Plainfield observers (click on name to go to post): Bernicenotes restrictions on state aid may continue post-FY2010, and invites a look-see and comment on her successor blog, Plaintalker II (check it out here). Olddoc takes on the BOE for not acting in public, supporting his argument that the act (of, say, suspending the Superintendent) should be taken in public, though discussion may be forbidden. Maria expects some interesting personnel items at next week's meeting, and argues that having student presentations at the BOE meetings drove attendance down, and change could help. Piv notes the cold war between mayor and Council is turning hot, and that the mayor is not the Queen of the Queen City. Jerry posts a 'thank you' from the State Library for being a 'library hero' (post comments on Jerry's blog here). Bo on the 22nd posts on Christie's reform 'toolkit', part one.
