PLAINFIELD

PLAINFIELD TODAY:
Be sure to check out fellow Plainfield bloggers: Bernice notes Relay for Life is coming up, and that the PMUA has changed its next meeting date. Maria speaks on out involuntary teacher transfers, and why they suck. Olddoc takes up two election issues: community health and redevelopment. Renata, contemplating the end of the school year and her term at PEP, is looking for a Lone Ranger. Peaceful on all other fronts, for the moment.

In April, CLIPS offered to post links to online presences (website, blog, Facebook, etc.) any candidate may be using for the 2009 primary election campaign. That included posting notices of fundraisers, rallies, etc. in the calendar section. Snail mail invitations were sent to each candidate, inviting them to email links and notices to Dan and that the links will be in a special section on the CLIPS page beginning Wednesday, May 6. Links above are to those who have responded. Those not responding include: Carol Ann Brokaw-Boles, Bob Ferraro and Tom Turner, as well as Assemblyman Jerry Green.
