Plainfield's Boy Scout Troop 5 will lead a candlelight ceremony in honor of Scouting's 100th anniversary, joining with Scouting supporters throughout New Jersey. (Troop 5 celebrates its own 98th anniversary this year.) Light refreshments follow the ceremony. On the steps of City Hall, 515 Watchung Avenue.
