Plainfield observers (click on name to go to post): Bernice reports the Council rejects further delay and adopts budget. Olddoc has a potpourri, but would really like to know about the memorandum the mayor signed for the state $$$ in January, which the council didn't get until February. Maria is tired of reprimands about poor public attendance and wants BOE to consider role extended student performances have in driving attendance down (hear! hear!). Bo on the 22nd reprints the Washington Times editorial on Christie's budget cuts. Councilor McWilliams posts on the adoption of the budget at last night's Council meeting. CBAC (budget advisory committee) has put its presentation to the Council on the FY2010 budget online.
