Join in as the Drake House officially reopens after major capital improvements -- including heating, air conditioning and dehumidifying systems and accessibility improvements -- which will prepare the Drake House for serving the 21st century needs of its Plainfield patrons.   • Saturday/Sunday - October 17/18. Four Centuries In A Weekend. The Drake House is one of 25 historic sites and buildings throughout Union County sharing five themed activities on this very popular weekend.
