  • [Note date change] Tuesday - October 13. 8 PM. City Council Business Meeting. City Council Chambers/Courthouse. Watchung Avenue and East 4th Street. Public may speak at beginning and end of meeting.

  • Thursday - October 15. 9 AM - 3ish PM. Farmer's Market: Stillwell Farms of Robbinsville. Fresh fruits and veggies. Vacant lot between City Hall and Salvation Army, Watchung Avenue.

  • Thursdays through November 19. 4:30 - 5:30 PM. Free Basic Spanish Classes: A Plainfield Family Success Center Activity. Basic Spanish to help navigate everyday communication situations. All activities are without charge.

  • Sunday - October 18. 9 AM - 2 PM. Household Special Waste Collection. Items accepted include: Batteries, tires (limit 8/household), propane tanks, paints & varnishes, aerosol cans, and more.
