  • Today - October 9. 4 PM. Green & Vastine on Harvest Radio. Assembly cnadidates Jerry Green (D) and 'Bo' Vastine (R) go face-to-face on 'Town Talker', Rev. Zechariah Jackson's call-in show. 1070 on your AM dial.

  • Tomorrow - October 10. 7 PM. Plainfield Symphony 90th Anniversary Gala Concert. Newly appointed conductor Charles Prince will be joined by former conductors George Marriner Maull and Sabin Pautza in a special program marking the 90th season opening.   • Thursday - October 15. 9 AM - 3ish PM. Farmer's Market: Stillwell Farms of Robbinsville. Fresh fruits and veggies. Vacant lot between City Hall and Salvation Army, Watchung Avenue.

  • Thursdays through November 19. 4:30 - 5:30 PM. Free Basic Spanish Classes: A Plainfield Family Success Center Activity. Basic Spanish to help navigate everyday communication situations.
